OLVIA Project Launch: New Oil Extraction Complex (EN)
Mykolaiv Oblast, January 15, 2024 – LLC "Press-LTD" has successfully completed the large-scale OLVIA project – a modern multi-grain processing complex for oilseed crops (sunflower, soy, rapeseed) with a capacity of 1,600 tons per day, now operating at full capacity.

Two-Phase Implementation
The project was implemented in two phases:
Phase I (800 tons/day) – Started: January 2024, Completed: September 2025
- Elevator reconstruction (84,700 m³)
- Press-preparation workshop
- Extraction workshop
- Meal storage facility
- Biomass boiler (2×10 t steam/hour)
- Storage facilities and infrastructure
Phase II (doubling to 1,600 tons/day) – Started: August 2025, Completed: February 2027
- Doubling processing capacity
- Refining workshop (200 tons/day)
- Bottling facility (100 tons/day)
- Steam turbines (2×2.5 MW)
- Lecithin production
